J. Mitchell Clark

Mitchell Clark has 30 years of experience in civil trial law with emphasis on commercial litigation, business litigation, business formations and contracts. He has litigated cases involving hundreds of millions of dollars and has extensive experience in class action litigation, contract law, fiduciary litigation and oil & gas cases.

Mitchell’s lifelong dedication to public service is evident in his law enforcement and military service. He has been a police officer in Nueces County Constable operations since 1981 and is currently the elected Constable for Pct. 2 in Nueces County. Mitchell is licensed by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement and holds a Master Peace Officers license.

  • Over 35 years experience as a police officer in Nueces County Constable operations serving as a deputy constable, captain and legal advisor.
  • Licensed by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) since 1981.
  • Currently licensed as a Master Peace Officer by TCOLE.
  • TCOLE previous licenses: basic peace officer, intermediate peace officer and advanced peace officer license.
  • Member Texas Justice of the Peace and Constable Association.
